Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team.
As the Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports and keying and recording a wide range of transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
The Clerk also provides administrative assistance as needed to confirm accuracy of system information.
Duties:
Create and send out accurate customer invoices.
Research customer deductions and process credit memos.
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date and credits and collections are applied for all customers.
Coordinate with our sales team to verify all customer deductions and ensure accuracy.
Support other Accounts Receivable Clerks as needed with collections, deposits and other responsibilities.
The Accounting Clerk will also support Accounts Payable to include tasks such as reconciling freight and co-manufacturer invoices.
