Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team.
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and implementing effective HR strategies to support our organization's goals and objectives.
This is a leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources practices.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals - Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees - Manage employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans - Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations - Lead employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues - Collaborate with managers to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent - Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Skills:
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably as a Director or similar leadership role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives - Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting - Experience with Paycom - Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for human resources and the ability to drive organizational success through effective HR practices, we would love to hear from you.
