Description The Quality Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to understand why problems occur.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Analyze data to understand why problems occur.
Work to review and design specifications for measurement, to test and validate data with reliability and accuracy.
Work with team to address issues and solve problems.
Perform internal audits of existing work.
Create reports about results of tests and reviews.
Build strategies for continuous Improvement.
Note common internal issues.
Evaluate employee performance by using data.
Report on findings.
Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution and go-forward action plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Other
Qualifications:
Must be able to read/write English.
Must be strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are a must.
Strong communication skills is a must to convey information in both written and oral form.
Strict attention to detail is a must.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Must be able to walk concrete floors up to 8 hours per day, as needed.
Must be able to do hand fine manipulation for computer entry.
Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime.
Must be able to wear required PPE such as Safety Glasses and closed-toe/closed-heel shoes.
Must be able to adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
