What We Need:
We are looking for a Skilled Industrial Electrician to join our HBF team in Hickory, NC! Qualified candidates will have a strong background in electrical and CNC.
1st Shift:
6 AM - 230 PMTroubleshoots, repairs, and ensures production equipment is functioning properly.
Maintain the process and analysis of equipment while maintaining accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Develops, documents, and implements PM procedures.
Performs failure analysis activities and all major PM's per specifications.
Performs advanced industrial electrical and mechanical tasks involving production machinery and facility infrastructure.
What you will doMaintain the process and analytical operations of production equipment while maintaining accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Able to perform advanced mechanical / electrical tasks in the repair of various machinery to include:
Troubleshooting / repair, replacement of similar or redesigned components, Predictive maintenance techniques.
Able to perform advanced troubleshooting/repair, all required PM's, Calibration, Set-up, Change-over, and functional requirements of CNC equipment required.
Comprehensive knowledge of custom software required to perform job requirements.
Interpret advanced drawings, blueprints, or other technical documents to accomplish tasks.
Become Technical Lead for specific equipment.
Perform advanced electrical / mechanical tasks on facility infrastructure projects.
Provide team members and technical support on cross-functional problem-solving teams.
Verify and write PM's, Spare parts list, and other documents that support activities.
Demonstrate satisfactory interpersonal skills to communicate with all team members.
What you have:

years experience required within the following areas:
Advanced Electrical / Mechanical, CNC Troubleshooting / RepairTechnical Degree or Certifications preferred.
CNC set-up& troubleshooting experience is required; programming experience preferred.
Must meet benchmark of skill assessment as part of the screening process.
