Our people are our product, and the Help Desk Specialist plays a key role by providing hardware and software support for end user devices to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will:
Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner Respond to customer (staff) issues via phone, email, text and computer chat Run diagnostics to resolve issues Maintain hardware (including cell phones) and accessories inventory to meet the needs of the organization Repair hardware components and accessories as applicable Process and maintain all hardware and accessories warranty replacements Distribute and collect hardware components and accessories to customers to ensure each customer has IT tools needed to perform their role WHAT AMOREM OFFERS YOU:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
