We have never been bought out or ever changed corporations.
we are 4th generation family owned nursing home, and we are privately owned by the same person.
No corporate means no changeovers.
Our DON Jenny is friendly, works along side of staff, and will be going into her fifth year her in September.
We also have CNA and dietary staff that has stayed with us for 20 years.
We truly have a large family in our building with a very low turnover.

The day of a supervisor on the weekend looks something like this:
Hall assignments for CNA staff Managing schedule Breakfast assistance Family questions Dr.
Calls/inquiry Assisting Nurses with IVs / treatments Chart Checks Patient Rounding Fill in if necessary with the assistance of a Medication aide Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
