This person will ensure that the office runs smooth and efficiently.
We are looking for an organized and motivated individual who shows initiative to execute all administrative duties.
This person should be detail oriented, and be able to ensure the smooth running of the office, have a creative mind and desire for overall improvement.

Position Requirements:
Office Management Experience within Construction or Manufacturing Industries First Hand Experience with managing day-to-day operations AAS in Accounting or equivalent experience Detail Oriented Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment Additional Skills:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Accomplished written and verbal communication skills Outstanding problem solving skills Ability to work in a team setting and individually Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures - Chart of Accounts/GL codes, cost codes, taxes, insurances, workers comp, etc Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Hands on experience with office machines (e.
g.
copiers, printers, scanners)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands AP and AR Reporting - Taxes, Expense reports, Financial reports, Quarterly Reports, PNL's, Year End processes, Cash Management Managing Taxes, Insurance, workers comp etc IRS Forms, State Forms, etc - Know what to do with forms, processing, etc.
Handling some HR duties - Workers comp, PTO, Off-boarding, etc.
