Sierra Business Solutions Sierra Business Solutions Conover, NC Conover, NC Contract Contract $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour Contract Being a Desk Side Support technician, you are responsible to provide Level-2 Technical Support Services (for Incident Resolution and Service Request fulfilment of Supported Hardware, Supported Software, and applications) as per language requirements.
You are responsible to assist end users in diagnosing and resolving Hardware and software related issues with Clietn IT devices.
Below is the list of key activities ( but not limited to) FSO technicians are responsible at Customer locations, Desk Side Support (Onsite Services Support) for End user Devices IMACD Services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) Smart Hands Support/Hands and Feet Support for Network Devices Supporting Network connectivity for Machinery Hands and Eyes Audio Video Support for Conference Rooms Hard Drive wipe before Disposal Asset and Inventory management Visit nearby Hub sites as needed and provide above listed services Coordinate with other HCL & Client support teams as needed Technical Support Services means the functions associated with the fulfillment of Service Requests and Resolution of Incidents through Level 2 Support coordination, including onsite, deskside, and remote troubleshooting, diagnosis, and break-fix of Supported Hardware (e.
g.
, desktops, laptops, Tablets, Printers, conference room audio visual equipment, and other IT devices) (Hands and Eyes support only) and Supported Software.
